What is your shipping policy?

At this time we only accept orders from residents that live in the United States of America and Canada.

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package.  The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days from receipt of order. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery based on method of shipping.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and the carrier.

What is your return policy?

The Curated Goods will gladly exchange eligible items for online store credit only.  Before returning the item please contact us at info@thecuratedgoods.com within 3 days of shipment receipt.  Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached and original packaging. 

For returns and exchanges, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Commissioned and items in HYPE section cannot be returned or exchanged, as these items are final sale only.
